How it works

From ad click to a sit-down, in four steps.

01

We advertise to homeowners

Our campaigns reach homeowners who are planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel and ask for help.

02

Each request goes to one contractor

The request includes the project, scope, budget range and timeline. It goes to the one contractor whose service area covers the homeowner's ZIP code, and is never shared or resold.

03

The homeowner books a time

They pick from your availability and enter the address for the visit. The sit-down lands on your Google or Outlook calendar, and the booking is when you are charged.

04

You sit down, then confirm how it went

You pay $250 when the homeowner books a time with you. After the visit you confirm how it went. If the homeowner didn't show, your payment becomes a show credit toward your next sit-down.

Pricing

You pay per sit-down.

One number, charged when a homeowner books a time with you. Receiving a request is free. No retainer, no setup fee, no subscription, and no commission on the jobs you win.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Everything that matters before you sign up: what triggers a charge, how booking works, and what happens when a homeowner doesn't show.

Get started

An in-home appointment between you and a homeowner who asked for a kitchen or bathroom remodel. We advertise to the homeowner, send the request to you alone, and the homeowner books a time from your availability. You pay for the sit-down, not for the request.

A homeowner booking a sit-down with you. You are charged $250 to the bank account or card on file at the moment the homeowner books a time. Receiving a request costs nothing, and you are not charged again if the homeowner moves the time. After the visit you confirm the outcome (It happened, or Homeowner didn't show). There is no retainer, no setup fee, no subscription and no commission on the jobs you win.

Choose "Homeowner didn't show" on the sit-down page, from the start time until 24 hours after it ends. Your payment becomes one show credit, which is applied automatically to your next sit-down before any card is charged. It is not a refund to your card, and it only exists if the original payment went through. If you don't confirm the outcome within 24 hours, the sit-down is settled as held.

They can do it from the link in their confirmation email. If they move the time, it is the same sit-down and the same payment, with no new charge. If they cancel, your payment becomes one show credit toward your next sit-down (not a refund to your card), and the time opens back up.

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook in Settings and set your weekly hours, sit-down length and notice. We read your busy times so homeowners only see times you are free, and we add each booked sit-down to your calendar. Homeowners never see what is on it. You can disconnect anytime. Without a connected calendar, your weekly hours alone are used.

It depends on your service area, the season and how many open times you offer, so we don't promise a number of sit-downs. A booking arrives when a homeowner picks one of your times, and you can pause anytime.

Yes. Each request is sent to one contractor, based on the service area you set, and is never shared or resold to a second company.

You enter a base ZIP code and a radius (10 to 50 miles). Homeowners inside that area are routed to you. You can change it later in Settings.

No. We don't guarantee how many homeowners book, how many show, or what a job is worth. Whether a sit-down becomes a job depends on your estimate, pricing and availability. What we do commit to: if a homeowner doesn't show, or cancels, you get a show credit toward your next sit-down.

Neither. There is no setup fee and no term commitment. You can pause or cancel anytime in Settings. Sit-downs already booked stay paid for, and any show credit you have stays on your account to use on future sit-downs.

Yes. Homeowner details can push into contractor CRMs like Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, JobNimbus, AccuLynx and Houzz Pro, or into any endpoint you control through a webhook.
