A homeowner booking a sit-down with you. You are charged $97 to the bank account or card on file at the moment the homeowner books a time. Receiving a request costs nothing, and you are not charged again if the homeowner moves the time. The charge is final. The only other cost is a one-time $1 card or bank verification when you sign up. There is no retainer, no setup fee, no subscription and no commission on the jobs you win.
You can mark it as a no-show on the Sit-downs page, for your own records. It does not change billing. The $97 charged when the homeowner booked is final. No credit, refund or replacement is given for a no-show.
They can do it from the link in their confirmation email. If they move the time, it is the same sit-down and the same payment, with no new charge. If they cancel, the time opens back up. The charge made at booking is final, so a cancel does not create a credit or refund.
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook in Settings and set your weekly hours, sit-down length and notice. We read your busy times so homeowners only see times you are free, and we add each booked sit-down to your calendar. Homeowners never see what is on it. You can disconnect anytime. Without a connected calendar, your weekly hours alone are used.
It depends on your service area, the season and how many open times you offer, so we don't promise a number of sit-downs. A booking arrives when a homeowner picks one of your times, and you can pause anytime.
Yes. Each request is sent to one contractor, based on the service area you set, and is never shared or resold to a second company.
You enter a base ZIP code and a radius (10 to 50 miles). Homeowners inside that area are routed to you. You can change it later in Settings.
No. We don't guarantee how many homeowners book, how many show, or what a job is worth. Whether a sit-down becomes a job depends on your estimate, pricing and availability. What we do commit to: every appointment is exclusive to you and never resold.
Neither. There is no setup fee and no term commitment, only a one-time $1 verification at sign-up. You can pause or cancel anytime in Settings. Appointments already booked stay paid for. Any credits already on your account stay there.
Yes. Homeowner details can push into contractor CRMs like Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, JobNimbus, AccuLynx and Houzz Pro, or into any endpoint you control through a webhook.
